"Our experience of employing R.S.O.R to carry out our building project was extremely satisfactory.

With planning permission and listed building consent in place to carry out the conversion of our two garages into a detached two-bedroomed holiday let, RSOR gave us a very competitive quote to carry out the works during June, July, and August 2024.

The work started and was completed exactly on time, and to a very high standard, and we found that Richard and Ash were a pleasure to deal with, having a very positive ‘can do’ attitude to every part of the works, from foundations to roof and everything in between.

We met Richard in  early 2025 to discuss improving our home which included a side extension and some  reconfiguration to build a new downstairs bathroom. Richard helped us with every step. He  recommended architects, building control, kitchen designers and plumbers and he was always  available on the phone if needed. Richard is one of the most open, honest and customer  focused people I think we have ever met!!! He kept us informed almost daily as the project  progressed which prevented any anxiety on our part.

From the minute I met Rich, I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He listened carefully to my requirements and made constructive suggestions. A detailed estimate, fully within my budget limits, swiftly followed. The work started promptly on the date agreed and was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.
