"Our experience of employing RSOR to carry out our building project was extremely satisfactory.

With planning permission and listed building consent in place to carry out the conversion of our two garages into a detached two-bedroomed holiday let, RSOR gave us a very competitive quote to carry out the works during June, July, and August 2024.

The work started and was completed exactly on time, and to a very high standard, and we found that Richard and Ash were a pleasure to deal with, having a very positive ‘can do’ attitude to every part of the works, from foundations to roof and everything in between.

"May I formally express our immense thanks to you and your team for the urgent construction project undertaken by yourselves in February this year.

Despite the poor weather, the schedule of work was adhered to, and the project was completed on time during the school holiday. The work was conducted in a safe and secure manner and all your team were polite, friendly and considerate. Even the bricklayers remained cheerful and focused during a particularly awful spell of wet and windy weather.

You complied fully with the design details, kept us fully informed of progress and ensured each trade turned up on time, fully briefed, and ready to start. You made some helpful suggestions to improve the design, kept control of the costs and included a late notice modification without fuss or bother and within budget.

From the minute I met Rich, I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He listened carefully to my requirements and made constructive suggestions.
